How to display Marketo activities on Salesforce Contact only?

We had the Marketo activities (Email Sent, Email Opened, etc.) syncing to Salesforce to display there. However, if we had sent an email to multiple people at one Account, it was showing that same activity multiple times in the Activity History of the Salesforce Account. We would like it to display on the Salesforce CONTACT, but NOT the Salesforce Account. Suggestions?

You'd have to filter it on the SFDC side: the fact that Account activities bubble up the activities for related Contacts is an SFDC rule. Marketo can't change that.
