How to exclude people from new stream

I have a new stream I'm adding to a drip campaign, and I want to exclude people who have received my other streams from being added to the new one. What criteria do I need to setup in the campaign flow to do this?

Hi Sarah,

Create a smart lists with a "Member of program" "Member of Engagement Program" filter, with a "stream" constraint to get the list of people who are already members of the existing streams.

Then use a "member of list" Not in [The smart list above] to exclude them.

When I add in the Member of Program filter, I don't see a dropdown for a "stream" constraint. Please see screenshot
