How to file a Support Case for an instance not on Admin Console?

Hi all,

 

the support page tells me that it was moved to the Admin Console. But the Marketo instance that I need to file a case for has not been moved there yet. What am I supposed to do?

2 ideas:
  • If you know who your CSM is at Adobe you could send them an email and explain the situation.
  • You said “this Marketo instance has not been moved to the Admin Console yet”. Have you tried filing your report from a Marketo instance that has been moved and providing all the details + the reason why you are reaching out there?

Thank you, @gallyarticola - good idea. And Marketo Support kindly handled my request even though it was posted from a different instance.

 

I wonder how many instances were moved to the Console. I have access to 8 and 6 of them were not. Which means, I can't file support cases for them.
