How to find leads with Sync Failure "exceptionMessage"

Is there a way to find all leads with one specific error message? For example:

Ideally I want to build a smart list like:

exceptionMessage - Contains - FIELD_INTEGRITY_EXCEPTION: There's a problem with this country

Another example:

Anybody have a good solution how to filter on sync errors?
