How to import Post/Get requests into Marketo?

The title more or less says it all.

Looking to get form data from an external site into Marketo. I suggested a Marketo form, but they've come back with wondering how to make a POST or GET method data pass to work. Any ideas?

We don't have an open form submission API.  This method will probably work for you, however: http://developers.marketo.com/blog/make-a-marketo-form-submission-in-the-background/
