How to increase the daily request limit of 10000 requests?

Hi,

We are currently working on a product which uses Marketo APIs to GET or POST data (e.g. Leads). As part of the product performance testing we run endurance tests which need to run for at least 3 hours. But we are currently unable to run these tests due to the Marketo daily request limit of 10000 requests. We hit this limit with in first 35-40 mins and cannot proceed with the test.  Also observed that the API access per instance is limited to 100 calls per 20 seconds.

Is there a way to increase these limits? 
E.g. the daily request limit to 100K and the API access per instance to 1000 per 20 seconds (or a equivalent limit).

You can purchase additional daily quota of API calls by contacting your customer success manager. But the concurrency rate and the rate limit will not be increased under any circumstance.
