How to Make Marketo Email Templates Appear in Outlook

Hi there,

I just installed the Outlook plug-in and would like to use the some of our templates to create emails within outlook. However, none of our templates are showing up in the list of available templates when I select the "Marketo Message" button. Is there something additional that I need to do in order for our approved templates to be migrated to this list? Thank you!

Hi Carlos,

I found this which seems to help, but I wanted to add in just some email templates, not necessarily specified emails. It's a start though.

I am having a similar issue. I can see the templates; however, I have other users including another Admin who cannot see the templates either. Any ideas?
