How to overcome Tableau extract issue with Marketo

Hi all, we have struggled over the past months to connect Tableau with Marketo using the native integration.

We don't want to use a connector or build a data warehouse at this stage. However, recently there has been an issue raised by Tableau (link below)  while communicating with the data source. Unfortunately, Tableau support was not very helpful.

Do you have any suggestions on how to solve that issue without creating a data layer, warehouse, or any 3rd part connector?
