how to pull the referrer url for each form submission

Hi,

 

We have 10 Marketo forms that we've put the embed codes for in Sitecore. Using the tagging in Sitecore these forms can show up on 100+ landing pages depending on the landing page content and/or the users persona. We are trying to find a way to pull which landing pages are generating the most form submissions for each form. Is this possible without building 1000+ reports in Marketo that use the filled out form filter with the referrer constraint?
