How to setup different time zone for other users based on their time zone?

Hello All,
 
My team is based out in different time zones. How I can set up the time zone for other Marketo users based on their locale?
 
I know under Admin >> My account >> location settings,  I can update the timezone for myself. But, how to update for multiple users based on their locale?
 
For example: User A is based out in the UK, User B is based out in Singapore, and so on...  Thanks!

As Kaitlyn indicated, I think this would be something each user will need to do themselves. You don't have much control over what other users do, even as an admin. I'd share the article with the team and ask them to update their own time zone.
