Hundreds of "Error updating List with SfdcId:" errors
Starting Friday night through Sunday nigh, over 700 of the following sync errors occurred in Marketo.
- Error updating List with SfdcId: - I've never seen this error before. Does anyone know what it represents?
- Failed: INSUFFICIENT_ACCESS_ON_CROSS_REFERENCE_ENTITY: insufficient access rights on cross-reference id - this could be a permission issue with the Marketo sync user profile not having access to an object that is referenced by a Lead field (22 - 4 synced to Marketo) and/or Contact field (17 - 3 synced to Marketo)
- Failed: INVALID_CROSS_REFERENCE_KEY: invalid cross reference id - this can occur when a Marketo field refers an ID in another object, that no longer exists (e.g. record type)
- Failed: UNABLE_TO_LOCK_ROW: unable to obtain exclusive access to this record - typically happens when bulk operations are being performed on large numbers of SFDC records. To prevent this, the Marketo - SFDC sync should be temporarily disabled until the operations are completed in SFDC.
I'd appreciate any ideas as to what the "Error updating List with SfdcId:" error represents.
