I have a pdf that is a call to action is the best way to deliver this with an email?

We are using a white paper as a call to action? What is the easiest way to deliver this once the client has left their details?

    Assuming you plan on using only Marketo, and no other additional platform (web infrastructure for example) - 

    Upload the pdf onto Design Studio -> Images and Files (you might want to create a folder there - "downloads" perhaps). Copy the publicly accessibel URL...

    Couple of ways to go about it IMO - 

    1) Send an email containing the link to this PDF; you can track who has clicked this link. This is applicable if the PDF is meant for a predefined target audience
    2) You would probably have a form (MKTO form I mean) for folks to leave their details - 
            i) Set up the form to redirect to the PDF as soon as filled out
           ii) Set up a triggered smart campaign - once form is filled out send an email with the link to this PDF - this might be useful for two reasons - you want to thank this lead (?) for sharing the info; you want to ensure that the email address entered is valid 

    There might be more solutions, but I think this might be simplest?
