I wish Marketo had a built-in email validator.  It would also be nice if you can easily see which ones are truly invalid vs. spam block without having to create a smart list.

    This would be nice.  In the mean time, have you checked out strike iron's email validation tool.  It is done via a webhook. http://launchpoint.marketo.com/strikeiron-inc/749-strikeiron-email-verification/
