If a smart campaign contains filter and trigger?

I am a very beginner to Marketo and I have searched similar info online but the answer is against my campaign result.  

According to info online, the logic for the following setting would be  

  • Trigger 1 and filter 1 and filter 2
  • Trigger 2 and filter 1 and filter 2

However, I only import the list to MQL (Trigger 2 )and the flow was triggered but actually it didn't  match filter 3 and 4. 

It seems the trigger was fired even though it didn't satisfy the two filters. 

Can anyone tell me why it's like that ? I have searched a lot of info online and still could not figure out...

@renee-1 what does your advanced logic say? You can find it above your trigger like the example I have here. If that says "Any" then it would be filter 1 OR filter 2 which might explain the issue.
