Impacts to Deleting Person Records in Marketo
Hi,
Background: Business-A has asked us to remove all Lead records in Marketo that have the "SynctoMkto" flag marked as False in Marketo.
Having these records in Marketo are causing duplicates in the database since Business-A is creating a new Lead in CRM for every Signal. All Leads in CRM (for Business-A) are associated with a Contact record in CRM(Dynamics 365), which means a Lead in CRM is a duplicate record for Business-A in CRM/Marketo.
Ask: Need to Research all impacts to deleting a person record in Marketo and what are best practice steps so that we can clearly communicate what the impact to the business will be when we remove these records for them.
