Improved Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing list integrations

Issue: Marketo is able to create a marketing list in CRM. That list is created with a standard naming convention based on the last 12 digits of the campaign ID the list is being related to:

• Mkto-Leads-Last12DigitOfCampCrmID
• Mkto-Contacts-Last12DigitOfCampCrmID

Unfortunately, this is causing confusion because the list names are being duplicated, even though they are  attached to different campaigns. There are a lot of instances where the last 12 digits (or more) of a campaign ID are identical between several different campaign.

I'd love to see this improved to allow custom names when creating a CRM Marketing list.
