Hi there,

Need your suggestions, please.

May times it happens when member count reflects 0 (zero) in schedule tab?

while there is no communication limit issue.
Of course, member of program, smart list and other filters are being used in smart list tab to define leads/contacts.

so, what need to keep in mind during setting up the smart list to define leads?

To be clear — and the other responses seem to be missing this — the number of Campaign Members is not the same as the number of people who qualify to run through the Campaign on its next run.

Campaign Members are people who have run through the Campaign at least one time in the past.

You view Campaign Members by clicking this button:

Is that where you’re looking, or are you talking about Qualified People, which you access by clicking this link:

Hi,

Check if your campaign is having any triggers in the smart list, as 'Smart List Status' is only displayed if the Mode is Batch campaign.

Also check if there are any errors in the smart list.

Hope this helps.

I can suggest to check
- How many times the smart campaign should run per person (every time, once)
- The workspace has the appropriate partitions associated
- If any filter in the smart list conflicts with other criteria

Anyway, there could be several problems, but I think we need more insights about your filters and scheduling settings.
