Hi,I have a test program created in the year 2018.Today Imported program members via bulk API with program member status as "Member"  and set program member values.API returns status "Queued" and import completed without errorsI do not see any program member when I clicked on program "Members" tab in Marketo UI.ironically, I saw all emails when I exported program members data.Program type is default, channel is emailI can see program members in Marketo UI if I import emails via .csv file manually.Can you please help me to understand what's going wrong Thanks,Babu

Hi everyone,I'm integrating external database lists into Marketo, and part of the business requirement is to create new static lists in Marketo automatically from that external source.The database API requires passing a folder ID or program ID where the lists should be created. However, in the Database section of Marketo, there are only folders and lists, no programs. Also, folders in the Database don’t display any ID in the UI.How can I find the correct folder ID to use in the API request, so the integration knows where to create these new lists within the desired folder in the Database section?Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi,We have 2 websites on separate domains, that we want track with a single Marketo instance. Site 1Munchkin tracking codeMarketo forms Site 2Munchkin tracking codeSalesforce commerce forms Our plan is to submit the munchkin tracking ID along with the Salesforce form, which will then be used in a Push Lead API call  to associate the visitor activity with the lead after it is synced to Marketo. However, if a lead first fills out a standard Marketo form on Site 1, and then fills out the form on Site 2 (triggering the process above), what will happen? Will the lead become associated with the munchkin ID of Site 2 only, and Site 1 activity will no longer be tracked? Or does Marketo maintain the association of multiple tracking IDs? Thanks,

Hi, We are using a Salesforce Commerce experience with a non-Marketo form, which creates leads in Salesforce, which then sync over to Marketo. However, no Marketo web visit data is being collected, so I'm looking to use the Push Lead to Marketo endpoint to send the submission to Marketo and tie it to the web visit data being collected by Munchkin (already installed on the commerce site). How do I do this to avoid conflicts with the same lead being created in both systems?Can I just associate the lead that is initially created in SF with the munchkin cookie somehow? Thanks!

Hi, We frequently encounter sync errors from records that have moved to a status further in the status progression in SF, but remain in the previous status in Marketo, triggering a validation error for statuses that should not be allowed to move backwards. For example, a lead was created in Salesforce as Pre-Qualified, updated to MQL in Marketo, then updated to Working (which is a status further in the progression than MQL). When the sync took place, it triggered the validation error: "FIELD_CUSTOM_VALIDATION_EXCEPTION: Lead Status should not be moved backward (other than Unqualified or Nurture). Sales Ops can make the change if necessary." How can I prevent this from happening?

Hello, We've been having issues with Bots filling out forms on our pay-per-click campaigns and I'm exploring ways to block them. We have used Bot blockers such as reCaptcha and URLs on the webpage only visible to bots. I was wondering if there is a way to use a hidden field on a form (only visible to bots) and if the field has information in it to block it from processing. If anyone has other solutions for blocking bots, I'm all ears. Thanks in advance! Alex

Earlier this year, we posted that a newer version of the native CRM Integration daily synch component was on its way. After a brief delay, we would like to inform you that this version will be deployed to active sandboxes that have the native connector enabled over the course of seven days, beginning November 13, 2025. Once all active sandboxes are deployed, there will be a phased approach for Production instances where the newer version will be deployed as a limited GA plan, starting November 25.   Is there anything we need to do in order to deploy the newer version? There is nothing you need to do. It will be deployed directly to your subscription.   Is there any new functionality that will be offered with the new version? This version is a technical upgrade and offers the same functionality as the previous version. The key benefits are improved performance and efficiency.   Can we choose to opt out of the new version? No, this new version applies to all subscriptions.

My campaigns are not updating the status icon when they do run until I click back onto it. It changes to show the clock when it is scheduled, but will not change to the green checkmark to note it was run until I click back on it after it was run.This also means that those campaigns, that are already run but showing the clock still, appear in campaign inspector. Does this happen for anyone else, or is it just me?

I have a few Marketo forms in place where I collect consent from people to send text messages to them. By default I have set them as blank and not pre-filled. But whenever I view my forms, these check boxes come as pre-filled. I have cleared the cache, checked in incognito mode and everywhere but I am unable to fix this. Has anyone found a way to move reports in the Advanced BI Analytics from one folder to another? We have a lot of really old reports that were imported over, and I'd like to get them cleaned up and organized the be more aligned with our new team structures without having to recreate them all. Even if you try to copy an existing report, it will only allow you to save to the folder it currently lives in. 

Hello, and thank you for your input! I set up a Nurture campaign with a set first cast, which has already gone out. However, I would like to change the deployment time for future casts. The only way to do this seems to be changing the first cast date to a future date. Will that cause people to receive the first email in my nurture again?

Adobe Marketo Engage released a feature called Conditional Content for the new Email Designer this past June. The feature was powered by Handlebar scripting instead of Velocity scripting, in an effort to provide a little more flexibility in your dynamic content. But when we discovered it was causing some tokens to be resolved incorrectly, we decided to temporarily disable it. While our engineers have been retooling the functionality, we made the decision to switch the scripting back to Velocity. Not only will this speed up the feature’s return, but recent feedback has shown us that the majority of users who utilized the new feature preferred the ease-of-use and workflow familiarity afforded by Velocity. We hope this change encourages adoption and simplifies the transition between the legacy email editor and the new Email Designer. Hi,I have an use case to solve, could you suggest the possible solutionI have a default program(ABC) in Marketo which is created manuallyMultiple static lists will be created dynamically with in default program ABCfor example static list "1 - first list" will be created via an API call and email addresses will be imported . Want to mark all static list email addresses as program members  as soon as email list is imported. "2 - Second list" can be created next time and so forthNo manual intervention should be there to update static list name in case of  trigger campaign or batch campaign is definedWe can mark emails as program members via API but looking for something if we can achieve this by means of a smart campaign.Please suggest. Thanks,Babu
