Hi There,  I hope someone can help with this. I'm using the code below,  to pass the values from our custom HTML form into Marketo, it works fine for most cases. However, I do see sometimes the form creates an empty lead and some leads don't show up in our Marketo instance. Can someone please advise If I am missing something or how to resolve that issue? For Duplicate Records where one happens to be a Dynamics lead and the other is a Dynamics contact record, I have to delete the "lead" and NOT the "contact". However, I want to move the activity log from the lead record to the contact record because all the lead records have been tracking the engagement activity and I don't want to lose that historical data. Any tips?

Our Salesforce admin is working towards creating a new lead record type in our Salesforce instance. Before they do so, they've asked if there's impact to Marketo we should be wary of.   My best guess is that there'd just be another Record Type ID value (e.g. 012E0000000NByqIAG) present in Marketo, but otherwise no big deal.    I'm looking for input/validation from someone who's created new record types before...   Q: Any thing to consider on the Marketo side when a new SF lead record type is created?

Hi all, we currently have a process in place which is bit manual.    We have sales owners who have multiple contacts under each of them. We email the sales owners 3 days prior to the original campaign launch to ask them "do they want to suppress their contacts for that particular campaign launch?." If they wish to suppress ( based on CTA click activity ), we add them to a separate list. After that we add the salesowner's email address manually into the Campaign's smart list as suppression.   We want the manual part ( adding sales owner's email addressess in smart campaign ) to be automated. I have create a new Custom Field , and the datatype is datetime.I wanted to use this field to let users define the exact date and time for an appointment.When I drag the field on a form, I can select the Field type, but I only see a date option, and not a datetime.Is there an easy way to let users select the date and the time and store it in my defined datetime field?Or should I split this up , create a date field and a time field? And use an option list for the time input?Proposals?

Hello Marketo Community,   So I'm trying to find a way to take a custom token that will have the integer of lead of how many times they have printed an order and add it to another token. Now I have two tokens, One is for Printing Locally and the Other is printing Remotely. Is there a way that i can take both of these tokens and add them together?   Also if that is possible can I take a percentage of what that token was in the last 30 days and see if the token has increased or decreased in a percentage?   Thanks for the help

Hi Team,   Hope you are doing well!   I change my setting a month before, and after that, I am getting these errors while sending emails like 550 5.4.1 Recipient address rejected: Access denied ,550 5.7.0 Local Policy Violation.As I check these errors may occur due to IP address change, or domain change. I have changed and reverified all my settings, IP address, domain, etc still getting the same error.

Category 1 Bounces, though record as Hard Bounce, but still are temporary - would it be fine to actually exclude this category from exclusion lists (lists which have records with some negative filters - e.g. bounced, invalid, unsubscribed etc)  

Wondering if it's possible to have a string field have a required format? For example, we want to have fields for product serial numbers with the format:   FOC2514L0VK and MCN#'s with the format:  MCN-37177843   Was hoping there was a way to ensure that a lead could not incorrectly submit information.    Thanks!

Hi,I am A/B testing one email program. But I wasn't able to activate the progression step - trigger campaigns that capture email delivered, open emails, click emails, and unsubscribe. It keeps showing "smart campaign may not be activated with a warning in the smart list". When I checked the smart list, there are red lines under the email name but the program naming convention is right. Seems like the trigger campaign under the progression step has trouble capturing the email program name so there is always a right line. I tried to clone from a campaign that has never added an A/B test, the progression trigger campaigns work perfectly fine.   Does anyone experience a similar issue? Hi all!    In my instance, we often use a field called Email Address Domain as an efficient way to identify companies and organizations. Because our contacts often don't fill out the Company field in forms, or may describe themselves very differently, we prefer using the domain in a contact's email as a reference point.    Currently we populate this field manually in excel when we upload a contact. We copy the email addresses and remove everything before the "@". I'm wondering if there's a way to populate this field in Marketo so we can do this automatically. I know it's possible to append a field using tokens, but I've never removed part of a field before.    Any insight would be appreciated! Thanks!

Hi, I'm looking for a Form Complete feature like ZoomInfo Form Complete. My main goal is to have a form that will display fields based on the data we have in our system. For instance, if a person type and existing email (existed in our database) it will only request some specific data (missing data), otherwise, it will display a standard form. Also, I would like to have a form that only accepts work emails and it will block all free emails. I know ZoomInfo can cover those features but it is very expensive and I'm trying to find a less expensive feature.  Thanks.  Andréia

Hi all,We've been having this error pop up in our Marketo instance after completing the Marketo-AdWords integration. OfflineConversionError.UNAUTHORIZED_USERHere's Marketo's comment on the matter:OfflineConversionError.UNAUTHORIZED_USER - this error means this gclid (the ad it posted) did not come from that account. It won't allow you to upload conversions for a different customer that you don't manage. Google's comment is not worth posting. Has anyone had a similar occurrence? Is it that we have had an offline conversion for a person who has interacted with an ad of ours, but from an AdWords account not linked to the one that is linked to our Marketo integration? Hi all,   I'm seeking for an advise for best practices for the below:   We're building a nurture camapign which will have 5 streams and each stream will have around 4-6 emails.   Stream 1 emails are more of a general information hub which will be sent to all users in the target list. and Streams 2-5 will be serving interest based content to it's respective members.    Here stream 1 email clicks will decide which stream(2-5) the user will transition to as each stream(2-5) has interest based content designed.   I'd like to know, if a user in stream 1 clicks multiple links in stream 1 emails - how can we transition the users to multiple interest streams.   Also, we have a weekly communication limit set to 3 emails. incase if the user clicks the 4th link, we'd like to send him the 4th email in the following week.   what is the best way to achieve this?   Looking forward to hear your thoughts.
