Hi all! Would love to hear your thoughts on what an ideal email send cadence would be for an operational email going to all our clients, including non-marketable persons that we rarely reach out to? Details below:There are about 68,000 recipients of an upcoming operational email, that otherwise rarely receive any Marketo outreach from usWhat would be a low-risk way to make sure the operational email reaches these folks without risking a lowered sender reputation? Should we aim to send it to 5,000 people per day? Should we go even smaller, such as 1,000 people per day? Hello everyone,   I noticed something odd while checking opportunity details in Advanced BI Analytics. The opportunity count shows the same number for every month and even for different programs. It also shows counts for months in 2026, which seems off. The count looks more like the all-time total opportunities rather than month-wise numbers, as you can see in the attached image.   Has anyone else faced this? Any idea why the numbers are not changing across months and programs? Would really appreciate any guidance or solutions.   Thanks in advance!

We have a dynamic email that we send to our prospects that is built based on the country and will keep the corresponding links for each country and region. I am seeing a person click a link in this email that wouldn't be served to them based on the region/dynamic rules. Could this be something of a bot clicking links that aren't truly visible to the person? I have checked the email a bunch, and I am not seeing any link reference to this link on the email that they were dynamically sent.

We’ve observed that the Bulk Export API returns an HTTP status of `200 OK` even when the response body contains an error. For example, we received the following response:when using a bulk api i.ebulk/v1/leads/export/{ExportID}/file.json { "requestId": "4aac#17c", "success": false, "errors": [ { "code": "603", "message": "Access denied" } ] } Despite the `"success": false` flag and error code `603`, the HTTP status was still `200 OK`. This behavior is misleading and complicates error handling, as it suggests the request was successful when it clearly wasn’t. We’d like to understand:- Is this the expected behavior for the API?- Are there plans to align HTTP status codes with the actual success/failure of the request?- What is the recommended best practice for detecting and handling such errors?Thanks

We have a need to have a single smart campaign, but we need to email to be different each time the campaign is executed. I noticed that the "Send Email" step in Flow step in Smart Campaigns seems to accept tokens, like so:   But I can't get it to work. I'm filling out the token (via the API) with the folder name and email name like so: My Folder.My Email   Has anyone been able to get this to work with a "my" token?   Thanks.

Hello all, I understand there are no API endpoints available to get the total people to count for Smart-lists. I was wondering if anyone has found a workaround for this. I am more looking for a programmatic approach. Would it be possible to create a batch campaign to add the Smart-list members to a list (list name would be predefined) and then query the list by name to get the total member count? any other approaches?  Thank you In advanced.

Hi all, I've been running into issues with emails built in the new editor with my proof not appearing how it actually looks once I share it out for approval. At my company we send email proofs for approval via email, which means I send a proof to myself, download it, then attach it as an .eml file to a new email and CC'ing everyone that needs to approve. Once I've downloaded the email and sent it out as an attachment for approval, I've discovered that it often breaks my margins, adds spacing, and/or misaligns things than what it actually looks like in the proof/sample that I originally received straight from Marketo. Below I've attached images of the actual sample sent from Marketo compared to the .eml file once it was downloaded and previewed for approval.  Is anyone else running into similar issues or have a possible solution? Or is this just a problem with the new email designer being a work in progress?

One of my clients has used Zoom webinars integrated with Marketo for at least 2 years - running at least monthly webinars as of recently. All the sudden from Marketo, when we try to connect the webinar program to the event on the Zoom webinars platform - it doesn't see any webinars scheduled. There are no errors in the Zoom LaunchPoint app. When we try re-verifying the LaunchPoint app we get taken in circles because it leads to the the "old" Marketo login page and clicking and using  login with Adobe doesn't help. We  have a ticket logged with Zoom support which isn't getting us anywhere.  Given that we were just forced to make the switch to the new login/user management process this month and tried to set up the first 2024 webinar program after that, I find the timing suspicious - even though it's not supposed to affect API-only users. Is anyone else having this issue? Alternatively, is there anyone who has continued to use Zoom webinars integrated with Marketo suc

Hello Team,Here is a use case.There is a trigger campaign in Marketo which deletes the confidential data (the record which is selected as confidential in Salesforce end). The flow set is set as such it deletes from Marketo database but not in CRM.Can we also control the deleted records to be kept hidden in Salesforce? Hello Everyone, We're trying to prevent specified new leads in SFDC from syncing to Marketo until they are converted into active accounts. I understand you can create a custom sync filter to do this, but was wondering:Can this be done combining logic from 2 different fields? Ex:If unregistered_lead_c = True AND Account Status = Not Active, do not sync with MarketoIf unregistered_lead_c = True AND Account Status = Active, sync with MarketoCan the logic to sync/not sync be based off of a specified status, or does it have to be a boolean field?
