Hi,    I've been setting up my nurture flow and wanted to add wait steps between emails to stretch the content a bit longer.   I'm not that used to use Marketo, however i would assume that the lead waits for 1 week in stream 1 before being transferred to stream 2 with the current set up?

Hi,  I am currently creating our company's brand-specific email template with some reusable modules for our marketers. I am trying to make it compatible with outlook desktop clients particulary the old versions. Hi,I am new to learning Marketo. Need help understanding the relevance of "Change Program Success" flow step and also to clarify a doubt regarding the same. Question : I am running a smart campaign in a program having a channel with the following statuses :Opened, Clicked, Engagedwhere I am trying the "Change Program Status" and "Change Program Success" flow steps to have a better understanding on these concepts.  If using the  "change program status" I am giving the status as "clicked" (which is not a success step) and in the "Change Program Success" flow step , I am giving success as true then Isn't it wrong as clicked is not a success for this program. When I go and see the status of a lead in the members tab the status is clicked but the success is also captured. Help me understand its relevance.    

Hello my lovely Community! I'm currently setting up some Custom Activities for the first time (I love an opportunity to learn something new in Marketo!) and one of the fields I need to add on several of the activities is a URL capture. There is no URL field type in the options: Of course, I dived right into the Community to check out what I could use as an alternative and came across this post where @darshil_shah1 notes that a URL field is best for storing information that is ONLY a URL and @sanfordwhiteman noted that a Textarea field would be better for entire URLs because URL fields are limited to 255 characters. However, there's no Textarea field either so my only option appears to be a String field (which also has a limit of 255 characters). I also checked the Custom Field Type Glossary and Field Types where there are a lot more fields defined than there are available for Custom Activity fields - are options intentionally limited here or

Hi there everyone,  I was wondering if it was possible to dynamically populate the From and From Address in Marketo. I got a request from my team that they were looking to see if we could dynamically pull in the AE from SFDC to populate as the From and the From Email Address for a confirmation email. I don't think that's possible but figured I'd post it here just to make sure.  Thanks for the help all! -Troy 

I am trying to add Javascript to a Marketo LP using a Marketo form that adds a date/time stamp to the submission. I have created a new field in Marketo named Last Form Submission Date (lastFormSubmissionDate) and am adding the field to the form. Then on the Marketo page I am adding this code to the Custom Head:<script> MktoForms2.whenReady(function(mktoForm){ mktoForm.onSubmit(function(mktoForm){ mktoForm.addHiddenFields({ lastFormSubmissionDate : new Date().toISOString() }); }); }); </script>It is not populating the field though, so wondering what I am doing wrong.

We have a Marketo form on our site that we want to run a report against that would show us all the form fills. The issue that we are facing is that if the same person fills out the form more than once we only get the most recent information. This form will be a request for expedited shipping and might be filled out by the same customer for multiple parts with in a few minutes of each other. Is there a way to capture all the information for every form fill?

Hi Everyone,I've noticed confirmation emails that include Google Calendar information at the top with "Yes" prechecked, so the recipient doesn't have to click on anything to add the meeting to their Google Calendar. Has anyone tried implementing this in Marketo emails? I’m attaching a screenshot of a recent confirmation email I received after registering for Adobe's upcoming MUG for reference.Thank you in advance!  

Business ask is to migrate Marketo data with acquisition details to new instance, so that attribution data reporting can be mapped. The bottleneck is importing all program in new instances. As a quick workaround team suggested to import only global and FY-24,25 program to make this happen simple. But is there any other workaround for this too?

Hi!I wanted to see if anyone else is seeing a higher number of click activities from User Agent = Barracuda Sentinel (EE).We noticed that our click rates were higher on some of the emails, and when we investigated, we found that it was activity from this user agent. It seems like it started mid-last week. Also if there is a way to filter this on Marketo's email performance report, please let me know!Thanks. Yuko 

Hello, I have a Many to Many setup, this is not the real case but imagine I have my CO bridge as email and Course. Then I have an edge CO with Course and availability.Email |<--> | Email -- Course |<--> |Course --Availability| I want to send an email to people who has course availability = yes , which is not a problem from the smart list perspective, but I want to say in the email which course. Anyone else having issues with new outlook + calendar tokens? We have launched a new webinar series. We use velocity script that puts relevant calendar tokens into the registration confirmation emails and some registrants are having problems accessing. We have not had this issue before with outlook 'classic'. Is there another option for calendar tokens and the new outlook that we should try?

What is actually "hoslitic view in campaign reports". Which type of program should be used if we a nurture mailer series and we want a holistic view in reports in the end? 

Hello AllAt my firm we're unsure what sort of methodology to apply to the numerous bot clicks and opens which seem to be appearing in our reports these days. We are using the IAB filter and considering adding the proximity pattern feature for 0 seconds but there doesn't appear to be an absolute way to identify and remove all bot activity. We're curious to know what other businesses are doing for their reporting as we seek to agree internally on a methodology to apply and follow. Hello Marketo Community, I hope this message finds you well. I am currently working on integrating Marketo using its JavaScript API, specifically through the method submit as described in the API reference (https://developers.marketo.com/javascript-api/forms/api-reference/). My goal is to track and debug form submissions. I would like to know if there is an interaction log accessible from the Marketo dashboard that records form submissions and any associated errors. Having access to such logs would greatly assist in diagnosing and resolving any issues that arise during the submission process. If such a log does not exist, is the only way to register errors by using the onError callback and implementing our own logging platform? Is there a way to create a folder and re-sort filters? Example: I want to create a folder under filters named "Basic Filters" and put only that 4-5 filters that should cover 95%+ of marketing requirements (We have a ton of filters that are not necessary for most marketing emails, and I want to make the space easier and cleaner for users).

Hi All, Has anyone successfully reduced the # of options on a filter? We have some filters with 200+ options. We want to reduce to only show the 3-4 options that marketers should be using to keep things clean and easier.  Assuming there's a few options (hopefully) to go about it, ideally I'd love to be able to edit which options show. Alternatively, making a clone of the filter and deleting options we don't want. The route I'd want to go down the least would be creating another column from the data source to feed it into Marketo.  Has anyone tried this and been successful?  Thanks!

Hello, my company is updating our state/country integration values in Salesforce, so I need to update all our forms to have the new country codes instead of name values. I've gotten the API to work to update the country field and our opt-in checkbox visibility rules, but I'm struggling with the State visibility rule.I'm grabbing the rules from a GET call and just changing the "United States" and "Canada" to "US" and "CA" the way I did for the others, but I'm consistently getting a 709 error that reads "Field of type radio buttons, checkboxes and select should have picklist values." Has anyone worked with updating form visibility rules via the API? Any idea what's wrong with the message body below? Hello, We're building a preference center where we'd like the selections to remain intact when the user revisits the page. On our test page we have three options, two are custom Salesforce fields and one utilizes the Unsubscribed check box. The custom Salesforce check boxes retain their marks upon subsequent page visits, but the Unsubscribe From All check box is wiped clean when selected and the form is submitted. We'd like to maintain this selection so the user can see their unsubscribed status upon revisiting the page. Additional InformationWhen revisiting the preference center page after the unsubscribe from all box is checked and the from is submitted, the form initially retains the email address for the user but all of the check boxes are unchecked. By the next day, the email address no longer loads (it's tokened to populate the user's email address upon page load) and the entire form is blank. We have a clean up campaign that runs everyday to remove unsubscribed users f
