Hey all! As mentioned in the subject line, it seems the email address filter is failing to find people in the database. Smartcamapign filters are: Email Address is "person1@abc.com or person2@abc.com", then change program status to attended However, when I go to schedule I can see only one person qualifies for the smart campaign despite both being in Marketo database when I search through all people with those exact email addresses. Any ideas whats going on here? PS: These people are not blocklisted, unsubscribed, and have not hit com limits

My Marketo and Dynamics 365 are integrated. Everything is synched. But the emails that are sent through Marketo are not seen against any contact record in Dynamics365. We want this, puch closed activities like emails sent  to show without Marketo Sales Insight

We are developing an email nurture strategy that is segmented across the funnel by lead stage and part of the concern is not sending out emails on the same days between marketing in Marketo and our SDR team via Salesloft (soon to be Clari's Groove). I'm wondering if anyone has figured out a way to stagger emails from Marketo and another SDR contacting tool? 

I am trying to use the first name token in my emails but have a custom script that eliminates the greeting when the first name of the record is not known. how would that custom script be written?

As part of our continued effort to enhance the Marketo Engage user experience, we will be migrating all developer documentation to the Adobe Experience League and the Adobe Developer website. I've got a request to create a co-branded landing page. However, only 1 of our brands is in Marketo, so if we create a field for the user to choose either brand, we would not want the non-Marketo brand to enter Marketo. Is there a way to create a form that basically serves as a static list where we can still receive a notification in Marketo when the form is filled out so that the team can manually assign leads based on which brand the user selects, but it doesn't create new leads in Marketo? 

So I have a custom list (account_cList).I want it to check if ${account_cList.get(0).productType} has one of the qualifying (integer) values:1001, 1002, 1003, 1004, 1009, 1010, 1011, 1012, 1027, 1028, 1200, 1201, 1202, 1203, 1204, 1205, 1210, 1211, 1213, 1214, 1215Next, I want to look at ${account_cList.get(0).openDate} (date) and see if that date is in the last 7 days and if it has a value there, I want to take ${account_cList.get(0).autoMake} and ${account_cList.get(0).autoModel} and convert them to title case (they are all caps by default).  If there is a value in both or either, i want it to just show that. if there is a value in neither of those fields, I want it to default to "new ride".I am only able to get it to show the default (new ride), even when there are qualifying people who should have the make and model display a value. Hi does anyone know how we can find out the location of the server dedicated to our marketo data? We are going through a GDPR compliance initiative and this is a data point they need.

I have a boolean field that is being updated to true by a smart campaign in marketo and then about an hour later it is being flipped to false  with the reasoning of "Synched from salesforce.com". I checked and the field does not appear in any automations in SFDC and I enabled field tracking history and there are no documented updates in SFDC on the days that marketo shows a synced update coming from SFDC. This led me to believe that the sync updating the field to true is not making it into SFDC and then SFDC is just pushing back the original false value, making it look like a data update from SFDC. So this is where the question comes in:  The marketo integration user has read only permissions for this field. I suspect the original reasoning was that this field is not supposed to be updated in SFDC (it is a marketing field), but I am wondering if the unintended consequence of this is that the integration user cannot write the update to the field that is syncing

We are testing out interactive webinars, and whenever I click change room/template, the screen hangs with a loading icon. This happens regularly. I am using Chrome, but this happens often and am wondering what is causing this.  

Hi, Currently working with an instance that, due to the different marketing campaigns, which all required special custom fields in forms, resulted in a significant number of forms in Design Studio which is difficult to manage.  My current idea is to cut down and only use a small number 1-5 of forms and using hidden fields that will display conditionally based on another field which will populate with the page URL with JS on the website.  Basically if page URL contains y.com/example show this `What size order Tshirt you want`.  Has anyone tackled this problem differently or are there any drawbacks to what I want to achieve that I'm not thinking about? 

With expiring cookies we are keen to connect Google enhanced conversions with Marketo - ie. sending a conversion back into Google to record success. We have received this response from Adobe: At this stage, our method of integration leverages Google’s Offline Conversion Import, rather than Enhanced Conversions. This does rely on clicks using the Google Click Identifier (GCLID).  We can't share the GCLID at this stage - has anyone come across any way to use webhooks to send the converted audience across.

Hello! As the subject line reads, I have been trying to get a total count for all unsubscribed in the market DB. The unsubscribed is a boolean, and also due to the business requirements I am not able to manually create a smart list and then query that via APwhich makes it more difficult to get because: 1. I cant query the system smart list via API 2. I can't query boolean fields via API  I can get part of the data by using the activity API and filter by ID and then use the ID of the activity, but this has 90-day data retention, so I have not been able to get the total count, only 90 days' worth of data. Another logic I tried was to do a bulk extract with time periods. So, If I set the start date at 2020, then the code will create jobs for every 31-day span. However, this will take a very long time to complete and also cause performance issues. Any recommendations on how to get this data?  I appreciate the help.

hi! im in early stages strat planning for an automated sunset policy email series, where unengaged person records/email subscribers will be removed from my email blasts. I'm trying to identify those that clicked any link in an email 0-90 days ago, 91-180 days ago,  181-365 days ago, etc with the 'clicked link in email' field but there does not seem to be a filter to target between days ago; it seems I can only target between dates. How would you go about identifying click activity between days ago?

Hello Marketo Community.I am trying to find a way where I can have a Marketo auto-responder email send to the recipient after they filled out a Marketo form and selected 3 document options. We would like the email body to contain 3 hyperlinks (text/link to the document) displayed based on what the person selected on the form. Each Document selection is tagging the value to 3 Flex Fields we have setup (we don't have a designated field to store these specific selections). Can someone provide any setup that we could use? Tried looking at tokenizing what we can (not sure if program level tokens can work in this setup). Also, trying to avoid sending out 3 separate emails with the link to each document from their selections.
