If the account has a verified domain with DKIM and SPF (i.e. my.domain.com), that account should have the ability to turn off the dual DKIM signing for:dkim=pass header.i=@mktosender.com header.s=m1 and only sign fordkim=pass header.i=@my.domain.com header.s=myselectorname

Currently, the Sales Insights on the Accounts in SFDC only show Interesting Moments from contacts in the last 60 days. However, Sales Insights on the Contact in SFDC lasts forever, it would be very helpful for the Sales Insights on the Account to also last forever as it gives insights into how our Accounts as a whole are interacting with our company. Our marketing team utilizes Interesting Moments a lot for Account based marketing analysis and having this feature on the Account last as long as the contact would be incredibly helpful

I would love to see a change in the UI for the email blasts. It would be fantastic to be able to quickly toggle between control panel, summary, etc. instead of the drop down. Something similar to how we can quickly toggle between smart list, setup, etc. Just a quicker and cleaner way to navigate. 

In nurtures with evergreen content which run all year round it would be great if we could add an expiration dates or date ranges for specific images/content so it swaps out.   For example: image change with the seasons - winter / spring / summer / fall (autumn) 

It would be really helpful if there were a way to pull a list of people with a "Sync Person to SFDC" Activity and add constraints to that activity of exceptionMessage containing or fault containing. We have picklists for certain fields and if those fields have values that don't match the picklists and cause an error in the sync, there is no good way to pull that and make sure we're not missing leads to send over to sales.

For String tokens, and SFDC Campaign tokens, and any other that might apply, Marketo should offer setting up a drop down menu with available options. If any drop down is not selected in the Program, you cannot activate smart campaigns. Hi, I think it will be good if we have an option to select all the email assets that are currently in approved with draft state and bulk approve it when we update an email template. Currently, if we have 1000s of assets in the system that are using a specific template and if we make any improvements to the existing template to ensure continuity in the process for users, it is time consuming to click on every single asset and approve it. I know that once the approved asset ends up in approved with draft bucket, we dont have to worry but for housekeeping, I think it will be a good option to have. Thanks! 

As a Marketo user, I propose an enhancement that would allow us to directly set the Salesforce task type within Marketo’s “Create Task” flow step. In many different campaigns I create a landing page with the same name "LP - L320". I would like to be able to create a report that says:Filled out Form -> Add Constraint -> Web Page -> I'd like there to be an option when you dropdown the web page that it should say "contains". Currently the only options in the drop down are is and is not. How can I add "contains"?So that every time I create a new landing page I shouldn't have to add the landing page to the report.

I would love to be able to add NULL as an option in the multiple value chooser for the value in a field in a filter to be able to pull a list of people who have certain values in their field, or that field is blank, without having to add in another filter of it being empty. 

 Additional reports available for A/B tests.  If we test one email version against another – would love to see an email link report for each test version as opposed to just the general A/B test view.    

Marketo should allow us to update our field mappings in the platform rather than having to go through support.As business needs develop and marketing becomes more sophisticated we are making changes to our systems. New fields are added, old fields become deprecated, others are repurposed.Marketo creating and automatically syncing new Salesforce fields can be helpful, but I've had instances where I want to sync an existing Marketo field to our CRM, for example capturing behaviour scores in SFDC that we roll up to Accounts for an overall picture of the engagement at that level. When browsing or querying assets using the REST API (GET /rest/asset/v1/landingPages.json || /rest/asset/v1/landingPage/{{id}}.json) , the response for the status key does not have the value approved with draft :{ "success": true, "errors": [], "requestId": "844f#18c89c040e5", "warnings": [], "result": [ { "id": 10767, ... "status": "approved" } ] } but the status approved with draft is available in the reports via the UI - and annoyingly, the asset ID is not available in the UI reports Please standardise the UI reports and REST API responses.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud uses AI to send an email out to a person at their best engaged time, I assume based on when they have opened emails before. I saw this in a webinar but have not actually used the platform before.This would be really helpful as a/b tests on send times work for some but not others. If you can increase the likelihood of an open at the best time for a person, this would have a much higher open rate on an emailCan Marketo look at implementing something similar? This would improve our email stats heaps!

Dear Community, We are proposing a feature to be added to Marketo. We have been using the Program Member Custom Fields for some of our campaigns, and it is working quite well. However, after the campaign has been completed. When we query a Smart List within the program, there is no way to view the Program Member Custom Fields values in the SL. We understand to view the PMCF data, we need to click the Members tab in the program and create a custom view that includes said field(s). However, if we ever needed to run an SL with various filters, then this is not possible to do so. It will be great to add the functionality in future releases as it will be very beneficial for campaign analysis. Thanks a lot!Wayne

＜要望＞Marketoのフォルダーが並んでいるカラム（ツリー）について、表示の異常が発生しました。個人な環境の問題かと思ったのですが、別の人も同じ現象が発生していたため、Adobe社にサポートいただいた。 表示の異常は、プログラム名の重複表示、フォルダー等の文字の重複などです。 原因は使用しているブラウザのキャッシュに加え、Marketo自体のツリーキャッシュの可能性があるとのことで、対処いただいて症状は解消しましたが、Marketo自体のツリーキャッシュの不具合発生時は、再度、Adobe社にサポートをいただく必要があるとのことでした。 長くなりましたが提案としまして、下記2点を記します。(1) ツリーキャッシュの定期的、もしくは不具合検出時の自動クリア(2) ツリーキャッシュクリアの権限をユーザーに付与 以前にもキャンペーンプログラムを起動してもアイコンの表示が切り替わらないなどがありましたが、Adobe社のサポートに連絡するまででもない表示エラーが発生するケースはありますので、ご検討いただければと思います。

カスタムフィールドの管理を行っております。「フィールドの更新をブロック」の設定内容はエクスポートや一覧で確認できるすべがないため、管理に手間とミスが発生するリスクがあります。様々な流入元からリードデータが入ってくるような使い方をしている場合に、フィールドを更新するかどうかは重要な設定となりますので何らかの方法で一覧が入手できる用にしていただきたいです。 よろしくお願いします。

MSIでOutlookプラグインを使用してメールを送信すると、送信されたメールが「送信済み」BOXと「削除済み」BOXの両方に格納されます。メール送信者からすると通常のメールでは起きない挙動なだけに、ちゃんと送られているか不安になります。管理者からすると想定外の挙動なので、ちゃんと送れていると断定出来ません。また、「削除済み」BOXのメールは開封ができるので、開封数のデータ集計も乱れてしまいます。 上記のことから、MSIでOutlookプラグインで送信後に削除済みフォルダーに格納されない機能の追加を起案いたします。

MSIでOutlookプラグインから送信したメールが開封されると開封アラートが送信者に発信されるトリガーキャンペーンを組んでおります。この場合、「送信済み」BOXに格納されたメールを送信者が開封する（見返す）と、それもトリガーの対象になってしまい、狙い通りのオペレーション・分析が出来ません。上記のことから、送信者が「送信済み」BOXでメールを開封する（見返す）してもキャンペーンの対象外にすることができる仕様の追加を起案します。
