Interesting Moment Account name not updating

Marketing team logged an interesting moment for a lead A in Salesforce MSI tab with company name as X after few week the company name get updated in Marketo to Y but in salesforce MSI tab still the company name shows as X .

 

Does, the changes happen at contact or lead level not in MSI tab when user company name updated?

Are you talking about the contents of the Interesting Moment (i.e. the description)? That will never change.
