Internal Referral Form
We have the need for an internal referral system for our sales team to share existing customers across our recently merged company. Our Salesforce and Marketo has many duplicates that make the data fuzzy in the Marketo system. The business wants it to be by a form fill that the sales rep fills out, but we are concerned with the overwriting of data on the sales rep's profile and the reporting only showing last form fill out. Does anyone have a best practice on using Marketo for internal referral forms?
