Is it OK to re-Enable Multi-Factor Authentication after initial sync with Microsoft Dynamics?

Hello again Marketing Nation!

Here comes yet another question regarding integrating Marketo with Microsoft Dynamics.

In the Marketo docs it says:
"If you have Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) enabled for your Dynamics Sync, you must disable it in order for Dynamics to properly sync with Marketo.[...]"

So, in order for the sync to work, one must disable MFA.

But does this mean that MFA needs to be disabled forever? Or is it OK to re-enable MFA after the initial sync?

Thanks for the help in advance!

Best,
ernie
