Is it possible to clone a starter template in email 2.0?

I'd love to be able to take an existing starter template created by Marketo and clone it so I can A) learn from the code about best practices for creating templates and B) have an awesome starting point for our custom template.

Is this possible? I can't find where it is if so.

Yes, after you download it, go to the design studio, right click it and clone it

I have done that, but when I go to create a new email using that template, it's not showing in the list of available templates.
