Is it possible to subscribe to a smart list and send it on a weekly basis?

Hello,

we have created a joint asset with a partner. The partner would like to receive once a week a list of leads who have filled out their dedicated link during past 7 days. I can easily create a smartlist based on querystring. The question is: is it possible to automate the sending of the list? I know how to subscribe to a report or to send email alert with info on a lead basis. But I don't know how to automatically send a full list of leads to a given contact.
