Is the SFDC MSI IP the same as the Marketo IP?

I would like to understand if Marketo and the SFDC MSI plugin leverage the same IP address. I am looking at allowing our Sales team to leverage the email capability from the SFDC MSI plugin, but we recently moved to Marketo's trusted IP and want to make sure that we remain in good standing. Any feedback here would be helpful. Thank you in advance!

If you are all set up correctly yes it will.

  • Send yourself an Email from within the CRM MSI.
  • Open up email and review headers
  • Around line 53
    • X-FE-ETP-SENDER-IP: DDD.DDD.DDD.DDD
    • ddd.ddd.ddd.ddd is your Dedicated IP or it should match your dedicated IP
