Is there a filter for existing leads?

I want to check the leads in a static leads against any possible duplicates in our databse. Is there a filter for 'existing leads' that I can use? Or a workaround? Thanks.

You can use the Duplicate Fields filter to find existing records that have the same value in a few key fields (e.g. Full Name, Email Address) as your list.
