Is there a "trick" for getting Marketo to recognize LinkedIn forms?

We seem to run into continuous issues when it comes to LinekdIn forms. Our partner will create a form and notify us, we'll go into Marketo and paste the Form Name and Marketo will not recognize it.

 

Typically we can solve for this issue by having the partner send a test lead, which then prompts Marketo to recognize the form, and then sending another test to verify the smart campaign is firing. However, this process doesn't always work. Sometimes, even after sending a test (or two), the form still doesn't recognize.

 

What's the trick here? What can we do to tighten up the integration between the two platforms so that forms in LinkedIn show up in Marketo?

Hmm, interesting. It's a known limitation that you need to send a test record through the LinkedIn form in order to get the form to be recognized in Marketo.
