Okay, I have done that. How do I know if my landing page is a dummy one... I made a clone of an existing one and i have not linked it up with anything. So i'm thinking it is a dummy. Is that right?

Yes, anu landing page that is not currently in use within the context of a campaign is a "dummy".  It can ven be just a blank LP with a form on it
