Is there a way to use Unsubscribed Cause in the smart list?

Hi,

I can't find the Unsubscribed Cause field when I'm trying to build the smart list. Is there a way I can use it in my smart list?

It also appears the field is not available for the flow or token.

Unsubscribed Cause is a system field and cannot be used or modified by API or Smart Lists. It is populated by the Marketo system only.

Any specific reason as to why you want to use Unsubscribed Cause?

 

You could build a field in Marketo to store the data from the Unsubscribed Cause if you need to? {lead.Unsubscribed_Cause} - but going back to understanding the use case.

Do you see the field in your list of fields in Admin?

Hi Amy,

 

Yes. It's in the field management but it doesn't have the API name. 🤔 🤔
