Is there a way you can build an Email Insights report out of Marketo that comes to you so you can be looking at where you're getting traction/where you're having problems?

It would send insights to you regarding how many emails were sent by each campaign, what the open rates were, what the click thru rates were, etc.

However, you can export them manually so there is that.
