Issue with Email Link Performance report

I'm running into an issue where my email link performance report shows me old data from mid-August when I want to see the last 7 days' performance. Is this related to Marketo being down earlier today?

Is it possible the email was sent in mid-August but the link clicks were more recent?

I've only selected emails sent between 9/6 and 9/11 in my setup, so a little confused as to what's happening here. Additionally in other reports (weekly email performance, weekly link performance), I notice the same issue even though I only want to see data from hand-selected emails sent.

Can you show screenshots of both your Smart List tab and the Setup tab?
