Issues with Munckin Tracking

Hi All,

We have some issues with the munckin tracking. It works fine on the website and all the page visits and other required activities are being tracked as expected. However, we tried to do the same for our e-commerce platform and provided all the details to the vendor to place the munckin on all required pages. But, nothing is getting tracked and sent to Marketo.

Can any one suggest what could be the reason for this issue. Its been two weeks and we don't see any progress.
