JS for fields below a Progressive Form

Hi,

Can anyone help with the javascript piece of code which would help us pinning the Terms Conditions, Optin Consent fields below the progressive form fields?

Also, can that be done in the form itself with CSS? or only through JS in the landing page?

This has been discussed a lot. The latest code + demo are at MktoForms2 :: Demo :: Override Field Order 1.0.2

It can almost be done with CSS alone, but not quite.
