I have made some modifications in one of my forms in Marketo and now, all the landing pages that used this form appear with a yellow and green icon.
What does this mean exactly?
What happens if I leave it like that? Would any workflow stop working?

The logic in Marketo is such that a change in the form is also interpreted as a change in the landing page the form is displayed on. So your landing pages will not show the updated form until you approve the landing page. That is why they are shown as approved with draft. Your process will still work, but with the old form settings.
