Landing Page not redirecting to thank you page

Hi. There is an issue with our landing page. Once you click on the form and fill it out it does not register the information or redirect to the thank you page. Instead it redirects you to the blank form instead. The URL is start.accurics.com/CT-2020-05-Research-Report_LP-Reg2.html 

 

Any insight would be appreciated.

You probably have it set this way at the form level (in Form Editor).

 

You can override this at the LP level by clicking Form Settings.
