Last Week (S-S) - Pulling in wrong dates

I'm pulling a Lead Performance report, set for the previous week (Sunday - Saturday).  Marketo is telling me that the dates for last week are 3/1 - 3/8.  I'm not crazy right - last week was 3/1 - 3/7.  Has anyone else come across this issue?

I opened a case with Marketo support, and they responded and said it had to do with the timezone we're in.  But they confirmed the data was correct.

I tried setting my dates to custom and pulling by the correct timeframe and the report numbers didnt change - so I'm hoping it's just a system glitch and not actually pulling 8 days worth of data.  I have another landing page performance report that is showing the same date set for last week (3/1-3/8).
