Lead failing to be processed in campaign

We've noticed a bunch of error messages regarding a campaign and I am seeing this message: 

 

This is what the smart campaign looks like: 

 

I can't seem to click into this issue and find out why this is failing. Is there anything that I can do to find out more information?

@kaitlynnelson1 ,

can you show the flow section rather than the smart list section.  That's what is generating the error (FWIW I'm picking up on the 'step' commentary in the error log - flow has steps (and choices for that matter), and smart list elements don't)

Can you check the corresponding campaign failure log in the notification section of the Marketo (you can get there by clicking the little bell icon in the Marketo top nav bar in the right). The campaign failure info in the notification area should have more info regarding why exactly the campaign falied. Also, the snapshot of the campaign SL isn't much helpful for diagnosing issue with the campaign flow execution.
