Lead Person Time Zone Token

We have a webinar coming up where we have people from multiple time zones attending. I used the token ((lead.Person Time Zone)) in our emails to show the correct time the webinar for the person's time zone. However, it keeps defaulting to PDT. Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this? 

 

We want the time of the webinar to display correctly in the email but to be in the lead's time zone.

That value is derived from the person’s inferred country/region data. If the person has never visited your site, it won’t be present — and it’s not incredibly reliable in any case. I would always use your own custom field to record the person’s proper operating timezone, which you should gather from them on a form.
