Lead scoring decay question

Hello,

We are in the process of building a lead scoring model, this is the formula that we have set up:
Person Score = Behavioural score + Demographic score

I have a question related to Decay Scoring, when a lead status is nurtured we would like to keep only the demographic score, which means that the person score will equal to the demographic score so whatever we have in the behavioural score, needs to equal 0.

How can we accomplish that? How can I figure out what's the behavioural score to be able to deduct it? and is it even possible to do that?

This is what I have in the Change box: {{my.Demographic - Branded Email Domain}} this one is an example of the Branded email trigger. We have + 5 in the token

OK, so not actually a “formula” even if the business result is equivalent.

All you need to do to effectively remove the Behavioral Score is Change Data Value Person Score = {{lead.Demographic score}}.

Er, how are you implementing that “formula” within Marketo exactly?

Let’s answer that question before we talk about decay.
