Hi,

Can we check the leads details who are currently in wait queue?

Can we forcefully move them out from wait queue?

Thanks

Hi Harish,

No you cannot force a lead to move the following step. You can only remove it from the whole flow. Furthermore, if you change the wait step duration, the new duration will only apply to leads that will enter the wait step in the future, not the lead that are already in the wait step.

Hi Harish,

On the smarty campaign summary screen, you will find the number of leads in wait step, and if you click that number, you will get the list of actual leads.

BUT, if you have more than one wait step in your SC, you cannot know which lead is in which wait step. and you cannot know when they have been added to the wait queue and when they will be get out.

Hi Greg,

Thanks for the quick reply.

On the Smart campaign summary screen, Marketo only shows the number but the number is not hyperlink with lead details page. Please suggest, If I am missing anything?

Thanks
