Link to Product Docs on how a lead becomes known
I want to quickly refresh my memory on how leads become known to Marketo but can't for the life of me find that info in the Product Docs. Does anyone happen to have a link to that page saved?

It sounds outdated though - for example it mentions SOAP and Munchkin APIs, but not the REST API.
