Link Validiation in Marketo Emails - Flashtalking.com

Hi community,

We had a partner share some attribution links for an upcoming email.

servedby.flashtalking.com/click/8/192598;7178499;369307;211;0/?ft_width=1&ft_height=1&us_privacy=${US_PRIVACY}&url=35592528

I'm not privy to some of the technical nuances here, but we don't use links that route through ad severs -- and Marketo won't even validate the link because of the ${US_Privacy} element.

Are there any technical folks out there who can provide some context as to what's going on here?
