Linkedin form can't be found

Hi Everyone, we set up linkedin form on our marketo instance using the steps here: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/marketo/using/product-docs/demand-generation/social/social-functions/set-up-linkedin-lead-gen-forms.html?lang=en#:~:text=Go%20to%20LaunchPoint%2C%20click%20on,to%20use%20for%20the%20integration.

 

However, we ran into a problem. Whenever we use the trigger "fills out linkedin form", the form that we want to track does not appear. A test lead also filled out the form in linkedin but it still didnt sync with Marketo. Are we missing something here? Thanks 🙂

The account that you authorize in Launchpoint needs to have access to all LinkedIn campaigns/accounts that you want to connect to Marketo.

Account is already authorized in Launchpoint but we couldnt find the linkedin account. Does it only accept Linkedin Ad accounts?

You should check if there are any errors in the Launchpoint and also verify if the account that you've integrated is the same as the one that you've been using/meaning to integrate. Along the lines of what Michael said above, if you're not seeing the Filled Out Form LinkedIn form activity for new/existing test leads in your Marketo instance, then probably, there's an issue with your integration.

The form only appears in the trigger/filter once a lead has submitted it. So if the test lead didn't make it to Marketo, it's no surprise that you don't see the form.

 

I guess now you have to review your connector. Is it set up correctly in Marketo Launchpoint? Have you done the mapping? Do you see the LI account in question in your connector?
