LinkedIn Lead Gen Form Custom Questions - translations

Hi 

 

Does anyone have advice as to how to set up mapping with regard to translated versions of LinkedIn Lead Gen forms?

We have a multi language campaign asking 3 custom questions mapping to custom fields... LinkedIn Lead Gen Form Q1, Q2, Q3

Do I need to create Marketo fields for every language option ?

Also I'm asking an opt-in question - as I can only map 1-1, on the English form I map to the Marketo opt-in field, but for other languages do i need yet another custom field (LinkedIn Opt-in FR) to map to ?

Does anyone know if there is a possibility to capture the company url on the linked in lead gen forms?
