LinkedIn Lead Gen records not passing over all fields to Marketo

I'm noticing over 75% of leads that were being pushed from LinkedIn Lead Gen to Marketo are missing information for fields such as email address. The fields are in LinkedIn, but for some reason they aren't being synced back to Marketo. Has anyone encountered a similar issue?

This is tricky to diagnose since it seems to be intermittent (happening to some, but not all).

 

Everything I can think of wouldn't create those leads in Marketo at all, rather than simply missing fields....Sorry!
