Well, you can also integrate a stand-alone Google AdWords account as a Launchpoint service. You need not have a manager account always/compulsorily for integrating Google Ads with Marketo. Just for your reference, this is the doc on integrating Google AdWords as a Launchpoint Service with a Manager Account.
